Bundled Packages

Panama + USA Business Packages

Get your Panama residency, a US LLC for your business, and a US business bank account -- all coordinated together. One engagement, one point of contact, everything handled.

Why you need a US LLC and business bank account

This applies to almost every new resident -- regardless of nationality

If you're a non-American digital nomad, freelancer, remote worker, or entrepreneur moving to Panama or Paraguay, a US business entity gives you something no local bank account can:

A proper invoicing address that clients take seriously
USD contract and salary payments without wire fees
Access to US payment processors and SaaS platforms
A US business identity for partnerships and vendor agreements
πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈYour Revenue Pipeline

The US LLC and business account handle client payments, invoicing, SaaS subscriptions, contractor payouts, and business reserves in USD. This is where your income flows.

πŸ‡΅πŸ‡¦Your Local Life

Your Panama or Paraguay bank account covers rent, groceries, utilities, and daily expenses in the country where you live. Completely separate need, separate account.

Most people don't think about this until it's too late. The moment your address changes to a foreign country, your existing financial relationships are at risk. Banks in the US and Canada routinely freeze or close accounts when they detect a foreign address. Payment processors require a domestic entity. Clients don't want to send international wires -- they want to pay a US company with a normal transfer.

This applies whether you're American, Canadian, European, or any other nationality. If you earn income from US-based clients, US platforms, or international contracts priced in USD, you need a US business presence to keep that pipeline running once you move abroad.

A word about US bank account approvals

US banks reject non-resident applications regularly. Address requirements have tightened, compliance checks have increased, and fintech platforms change their policies without warning. There is no guarantee of approval -- anyone who tells you otherwise is not being honest with you.

Through our specialist network, we know which institutions are currently accepting non-resident applications, what documentation they need, and how to structure submissions that pass compliance review. This significantly increases your approval rate compared to applying on your own.

Our commitment: if the bank rejects your application despite our best efforts, the LLC and banking services are refunded less administrative costs already incurred (government filing fees, registered agent setup, EIN application).

We coordinate the full sequence: LLC formed, EIN issued, business account opened, local banking set up -- all timed alongside your residency process so nothing stalls and nothing falls through the cracks.

How It Works

Your Path to Residency

We handle everything from document preparation to in-country support. Here's what to expect.

01
Consultation

Initial complimentary 30-minute strategy consultation (video call) to assess your goals, timeline, and eligibility. No commitment required.

  • The consultation itself is always exploratory and no obligation.
02
Choose Your Path

Based on your consultation, we'll confirm whether residency is a fit for your situation and outline the most appropriate pathway. If we're aligned, we'll agree on scope, next steps, and move forward.

  • Pricing depends on your pathway and situation and is discussed during the call. In some cases, we may advise against proceeding if a residency isn't a good fit - and we'll be clear about that upfront.
  • Choosing the correct pathway at the outset matters - the standard 2-year route requires a second return trip to secure permanent residency.
  • The consultation itself is always exploratory and no obligation.
03
Document Preparation

Receive your country-specific checklist. We guide you through gathering and apostilling every document required.

  • Document requirements vary by pathway. Investor programs (Paraguay SUACE or Panama Qualified Investor) may require proof of investment or additional financial documentation.
04
Legal Review & Submission

Your documents are reviewed by our in-country legal team and submitted to immigration authorities.

Investor pathway (Paraguay SUACE or Panama Qualified Investor): application submitted directly for permanent residency.

Standard pathway: application submitted for a 2-year temporary residency.

  • Pathway selection is confirmed after your consultation.
05
Travel & Arrival

Travel to Asuncion or Panama City. Legal team handles all government appointments.

  • Travel requirements vary by pathway and country.
06
Residency Approved

You receive your residency card.

Investor pathway clients receive permanent residency.

Standard pathway clients receive a 2-year temporary residency. Permanent residency requires a separate application before the 2-year term expires.

07
Path to Permanent
Standard pathway only

This step applies only to clients on the standard 2-year temporary residency pathway. Before your temporary residency expires, you must return to the country to submit your permanent residency application with the lawyer. We reach out well in advance to coordinate timing, documentation, and logistics.

  • Failure to complete this step results in the temporary residency expiring and the process ending without permanent residency.
  • There is no additional advisory fee from Plan B Expat for this step. Lawyer fees for permanent residency processing apply and are outlined in advance.
  • Investor pathway clients skip this step entirely.
